Bookkeeping for trades & services

Bookkeeping for electrical contractors.

From service calls to commercial jobs with progress billing, we keep your books accurate enough for your surety, your lender and your CPA.

Sound familiar?

Where the books usually break.

Progress billing is hard to follow.

You can't see what's been billed, paid and still owed on each job.

Your surety wants financials.

Bonding and license renewals need a current balance sheet and P&L.

Materials costs move.

Wire and equipment prices shift, and your job margins shift with them.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you get my books ready for a bonding application?

Yes. Most contractors start with a cleanup, which brings the balance sheet and P&L current and accurate.

What does job costing cost?

Job costing is an add-on priced by the number of active jobs. We'll quote it during your free Books Health Check.

Do you prepare tax returns?

No. We focus on bookkeeping and work directly with your CPA, so they get clean, tax-ready books at year end. Need a CPA? We can refer you.
